Don't come here there car wash machine broke my tail light, they car wash machine got stuck and pull my tail light out and i try asking for any management # or information they won't give it to me

Horrible experience I have been coming here for the past year since I am a local resident, and I had never experience such bad customer service from one of the employees . The employee was a female but is dressed as a boy and was very rude today 3.7.23 while she was on a phone call while directing me on how to turn my wheels she gave me the most horrible attitude . Which I felt was wrong that’s not how your suppose to great anyone . Also I noticed my driver side windshield wiper was gone after I left the car wash since I did get it washed the machine broke below I placed a photo .. won’t be going back at all

Paid for the 15$ car wash. But it really should’ve been 5$. Didn’t even dry my truck. It came out soaked and not even clean. It looked like my truck got washed by the rain. They offered to armor all my tires but there was no point my rims and tires came out the wash just as dirty as when I went in. That was the only dry part of the truck. I understand it’s not gonna give the rims a polish but at some other carwashes they come out cleaner and give you something to work with. Had to go to a self serve wash and finish the job.

My car tire popped going through the auto wash and they didn't want to give me the owners phone number said it's not the wash problem... I've been waiting for about 15 minutes and the guy starts getting zip ties and going inside the carwash to fix something

I absolutely love these people!! Friendly, patient with all the questions I had about their scrubbers. I’ve been going here for about three months, at least once or twice a week when I finally decided to buy the monthly pass & it has saved me quite a bit of money! I take good care of my car & like to keep it clean. This car wash has done an excellent job! No scratches no leftover residue just a beautifully clean car🥰 Thank you!
