Cruisers Car Wash

I was enticed by the carwash & oil change sign for $49. By the time I was serviced I was billed $105. Yes, it's the cheapest combined but I feel mislead and there was no customer service that suggested they keep their prices as advertised. Not sure if I'll be a returning customer.

I went to get my truck washed today because of all the ash and soot that resulted from the fires. When I went to pay for the service the cashier only gave me one receipt. She then informed me that I should have requested a receipt for myself beforehand. Something I have never done in the 20 years I have supported this particular business. When I insisted on a receipt she held up the trash can and offered me the opportunity to dig for it myself. I went outside and let the guy who checks the cars in that I would never return to his place of business. When I returned she had found the receipt. I told her at that point I would never return. She said, she did not care because she had plenty of customers. Well She lost this one today and forever!

Worst Car Wash Experience. I paid for a car wash and leather conditioning service, but they didn’t wipe down my leather seats before applying the conditioner. As a result, they sealed in the dirt, leaving the seats looking disgusting. I had trouble removing the conditioner afterward to clean the spots and dirt. I don’t recommend the leather conditioning service—maybe stick with a regular wash instead.

Decided to try this car wash out, truck was left with dirt and spot after it was cleaned. The prices are a bit high in my opinion, took about 30 minutes for the whole wash. Place has waiting area inside, and outside. They also have a kids playing area inside.

Sooo I grew up In the valley, I used to use this place all the time. I recently moved back. In the past 3 months I’ve taken 3 of my cars (all Cadillacs). The first I did a mini detail with focus on the inside… they did such a terrible Job I don’t know why I went back. I mean how do you focus on cleaning the inside of a car and still have French fries under the seat and dog hair in the crevices of the seat? Yea exactly!!!! An absolute waste of almost 200$. So the second time I’m filling up At Costco thinking ok no detail required quick car wash. Shouldn’t be a problem? WRONG!!! They didn’t even wipe down the inside. Seriously are we paying for the illusion of a car wash? I am Confused why the cars aren’t clean? Well today was the 3rd and final straw. I took my car after a fill up. This time I watched and paid attention to the lazy vacuuming not moving the seats, didn’t wipe the inside windshield didn’t get the dust in the dash and the cup holders were just gross. And this is all after they said is dine! Then through the car wash we go, to the guy who Wipes It down. Not only was there actual dirt still on my car but there was a few spots of sap, not even the worst kind either. It’s the sap you can scrape off with a finger nail or real strong pressure with a microfiber. So upon asking the man to make sure he gets it clean he tells me “thats too much work” to spray a little cleaner and clean the car? Like wtf am I Paying for how is this half assed car wash still in business? Worse car wash in the valley I’m surprised They don’t have a list of enemies with this blatant habit Of taking hard earned money to clean a car and only Wiping the dust off. They refused any kind of refund or discount then tried to hold my keys hostage while not excepting my payment because I was upset and asked them to actually clean the car. That’s what I had paid for. “If this is what I paid for and didn’t Receive, then why should I pay for the return of a dirty car?” Carlos the manager was about as helpful as a case of the clap. Victor the guy who set you up Is nice and professional at least he tried. To the lady at the front desk, clearly you don’t care about anything except taking peoples money for a job your company is so poorly doing. I asked for management an owner and nothing!!!! So here is to you Cruisers car wash on Tampa!!! your trash. Absolute worst laziest Carwash in the valley, you need to make your employees care about people cars clearly you do not. Maybe change to a new business where service isn’t involved.
