Culver City Express Hand Car Wash and Detail

I found this car wash on Google, and I’m glad I ignored the bad reviews. I got there someone pointed me where to stop and as soon as I stepped out they already started on my car. Everyone I talked to there was very friendly and polite. I got the Regal option for 30$, it took them less than 30min to wash it inside and out and I believe it was a great cost for benefit. My car was filthy with sand and crumbs everywhere and they did a pretty good job vacuuming the whole floor. It was also with a lot of bug goo in the front of the car and windows and they took care of it. Does every nook and cranny got cleaned? No. But that was expected for a 30$/30min car wash. If you need perfection you should get a detailed service. I got what I paid for with a plus for how nice and fast they were. The car now is clean and smells fresh. Also they have a nice shade place for folks to wait. Thanks for all the involved, and I’ll definitely be back.

I paid 14 for a good exterior hand wash. Was it the most thorough wash I’ve ever had? No. Do I think it did probably minimal damage to the paint (especially as compared to machine washes) while costing me less than half of the car wash like two blocks down the street? Heck yes. Totally worth it. Would go again.

There are no abrasive brushes used inside the car wash, so paint doesn’t get scratched and the rear windshield wiper won’t be pulled off. If you don’t have an hour or so to wait for your car, they let you drive your car into the car wash yourself. Of course your car will not be vacuumed inside or thoroughly wiped outside, but it’s a convenient option.

I was very impressed with their service until I saw the watermarks. I had to remove so many water stains myself, interior by the shift wasn't even clean; I mean, I paid $199 for interior cleaning, and the door rubber has white stains, the stereo screen has watermarks, the above dashboard has watermarks, I mean no detail expect shampoo the seats were great.

I have taken my car here for multiple years for a car wash because they did a fairly good job. However, today I walk up to my car and find that it has this massive windshield crack that absolutely did not exist when I gave them my keys to wash it. They refused to take any responsibility for this and I didn’t have any recent photos of my car to prove they were at fault. I will not be returning here. If you do choose to go, you may want to take a picture of your car before you leave it with them in case they break something.
