My car was filthy and looked like it was snowing dog fur on the inside. They got every hair out. I just need to shampoo the seats. I spilled water on them. But other than that, it looks amazing. Thank you

Paid $100 but received a $15 service and my window deeply scratched. I went back and pointed out all the missed spots but all they did was apply the shiny coats on my leather seats. They kept apologizing for the poor job but still wouldn’t fix it. I should have looked at the reviews before getting there. Never again.

I don’t ever write reviews let alone a bad one, especially during a hard time like this when businesses are struggling. I have been coming here for at least 6/7 years now. The owner/ manager? who works at the cash register has always been really nice to me when I go. I can’t say my car would always come out spotless though, which I do normally let it slide. After my visit today, I sadly have to say that I will never return again. I just got a brand new car from the dealership about 3 weeks ago (temporarily license sticker is still on my window! Which i showed the owner after the incident) and i have only driven it 4 times since I work from home these days. Today I have decided to come here and get a hand wash (which was $60) to keep it looking fresh! Not only my car came out still looking dirty, it also got a HUGE scratch on top of my trunk like someone keyed it or something (see picture). Like any normal reaction from anyone.. I was really angry and asked the owner to come check it out. Not only I didn’t get an apology for this. I was immediately told that it was not her employee’s fault and the scratch was definitely there before the wash. Nothing got resolved and sadly to say this again.. I won’t be back and either should you.

Amazing service. My car was so dirty and destroyed, I arrived after 5 pm, and Raul and his team did the regular hand wash and vacuum, leaving it super clean inside and out. I really needed a detail, and I will go back for that, but I am surprised how clean it got with the regular wash. Super quick, friendly. Will be back!
