Drive & Shine Introduce

Looking for a "Car Wash Near Me" in West Jordan, UT? Drive & Shine is located at 7867 Airport Rd, West Jordan, UT 84088, USA. You can contact them at (801) 680-0148 or +1 801-680-0148. Based on customer reviews, this appears to be a self-service car wash.

Customer reviews for Drive & Shine are mixed, with concerns about pricing and equipment functionality. One customer described the car wash as "Severely overpriced" and mentioned switching to a Mister Car Wash membership. However, they still occasionally use Drive & Shine for "focused pressure on wheel-wells," indicating a specific feature that may be beneficial.

Another customer expressed dissatisfaction with the vacuums, stating, "I don't know about the wash, but vacuums are terrible." They noted that the vacuums were "More expensive than others" and reported issues with malfunctions, stating, "one had quarters stuck in it and the second one took my money and didn't work."

These reviews suggest that Drive & Shine may be overpriced compared to other options and has issues with its vacuum equipment. While the car wash may offer specific features, such as focused pressure for wheel-wells, the overall value and reliability of the equipment are questionable.

Potential customers should be aware of the reported pricing concerns and potential vacuum malfunctions. If you are looking for a budget-friendly car wash or require reliable vacuums, you may want to consider alternative options. However, if you need focused pressure cleaning for wheel-wells, this location might be worth considering.

Severely overpriced so I got a Mister membership but still occasionally use when needing focused pressure on wheel-wells.

I don't know about the wash, but vacuums are terrible. More expensive than others, one had quarters stuck in it and the second one took my money and didn't work.

I used to wash both of my cars here weekly for around $4-5 bucks each car. That price including the time to use almost all the chemicals. I recently went back to find card reader was updated along with the cost. It doubled to $10 for 5 minutes! I’m sorry to say that this place has lost my business. When a drive through car washes are charging $19 unlimited per car for their base plan, why would I pay double that for a wash a week. Bring the prices back to what others are charging and I’ll come back

Great car wash. The owner takes great care of the facility and is always super friendly. The bays are kept very clean and the water pressure is always great with no issues switching between modes like I've had at other washes. I've never had issues with them overcharging my card like others seem to complain about, so I suspect that they are seeing the pre-authorization for $10 and not waiting for it to actually post. Anyhow, this is a great car wash and I look forward to continuing to come here

Self service cashwash is old school service. Nothing is perfect and I say that because I lost a few dollars in the machine but I voice my issues to the boss today. No questions asked. He fixed it on the spot. That showed me alot about customer service. Self-service carwashes I hope that it never goes away. You can make it your personal space to clean your car. A relaxing time just you and your car.
