Drive Thru Express Car Wash

OK this is my favorite Xpress car wash between Anaheim and Fullerton. The wash is five dollars to drive through, and their vacuums have a great suction 😉 and work every time. If you need extra supplies they do have them for sale.

This is a pretty good drive thru car wash. The prices are reasonable (especially for monthly pass) and the wash does a decent job at washing your car. They have someone out there to scrub your car down & spray your tires before it enters the actual wash. The car wash has a free vacuum too. The dryer on the car wash works pretty well (which is rare in drive thru washes), it just needs to be a little longer. I just wish that some of the staff googled what basic customer service & communication meant. Maybe they would create more revenue. Just a thought.

I've been coming here for more than 5 years, and has been my favorite location ever since, finally one day after a while I decide to come back just to vacuum a quick small mess I made on my seat and buy a scented tree from them, and immediately as I pull in I get harrased by a young guy by approaching me or engaged in a argument right away like I did something really wrong, I'm like can't I vacuum and decide to buy a scented little tree after? it's a young guy with short curly hair and glasses and hey forces and kicks me out of the lot, I told him I can't wash it thru the drive thru since I'm having steering issues and it's broken steering parts, and he didn't care to even let me just vaccum a quick mess and leave or to even buy a little tree scent, he refused service, I even asked kindly just this time and he didn't even care and he just was laughing straight in my face and he started to use his phone while working and to video record me without my consent, and he threat me to call the cops on me, when I didn't do anything wrong. All I wanted was to buy a little tree and vacuum but I couldn't enter the drive thru wash due to some mechanical car issues. Like someone can't just come in to buy car scents and vacuum? Or else we get forced out and threaten by cops to leave.

Owes us $2000, Dishonest, cheap, lying, Jenny pheng, supposedly the owner, we had a horrible incident there, at this establishment, us and 5 other cars were damaged due to negligence and rude employees, Jenny pheng didn't even apologize nor payed for our damages, she aught to be sued, their machines scratched all our right side from front hood all thru the rooftop, broken tail light, scratched up side windows..... never apologized....they should close this place down... stay away from there, they owe us $2,000 @ least

The wash was decent and fast. Nothing extraordinary, but good for keeping the car clean.
