Eco Express Car Wash

Customer service is excellent. Very helpful and did not try to upsell or put me in a membership. I appreciate that! We opted for the $12.00 time saver wash which included some polish and wax as well as tire cleaner. The process is quick and easy and the light show going through the wash is fun. As you exit the wash there are several vacuum bays to pull into to wipe down the vehicle and vacuum the inside. They do not provide free towels or chemicals for cleaning the inside or dressing the tires. This is the only reason I did not award them 5 stars. It is worth the $12.00 considering the carwash on Jefferson has raised its rates to $15.00 for just a wash and dry. We got our moneys worth and well return next time we need to wash one of our vehicles.

Update 4-22-23: The ownership and management of this car wash proved me wrong. They did step up and take ownership of damage caused by the buffing wheel and more importantly, made it right. Their integrity and genuine desire to fix the damage was consistently demonstrated throughout the repair process. My Ram has now been restored to its original condition and I want to warmly thank the site manager, Katie, for all she did to make this happen. I am now a customer again! Original review 11/13/22: My Ram 2500 was damaged in the car wash bay yesterday (11/13/22). As it moved on the conveyor past the wax station it moved to the air dryers and buffer. The drying and buffing wheel got stuck on my front end and tore my front hood / grill molding off. So far, the folks at this location are not communicating with me. They seem to be avoiding the issue. I'd be careful with driving your expensive vehicles through a car wash like this with owners / managers are not willing to own the damage they cause.

Great price for a do it your self wash. Plenty of space for vacuuming and cleaning your car, and I never feel rushed. Recently went on 9/24/24 and they added clean towels available as an added extra, I thought it was cool! Also a family monthly plan now available and think it's a steal. Staff is always super helpful and friendly. (Only reason I keep coming back). Check it out for yourself!

It's the perfect little car wash that gets the job done. I've been using this place for a couple years, it's not a full service car wash, but for the money, does a great job.
