If you want your customer happy you should’ve refunded me even half the service charge of 62.99 that it costed to get this done. If I didn’t have a towel in my car it would have continued to get all over my clothes even more than when it did when I first sat back in my car. If someone ruined your property on the first time would you ever let that person touch your property again? I will not."
