El Plebe Car Wash Auto Detail

Honestly i was hesitating in posting but i work hard for my money. I brought my truck and i was a regular wash but i asked for inside shining they added $10 more making the totak of $50 . When they finished i notice the car still diety i complained the manager came and they started to clean it but it was a lot specially the rims. So i told him how much more for wax they told me $30 i said ok lets do it. At the en i paid $80 but still dirty. I god upset they supposed to do armorall in and out but the guy was really BAD

Meanwhile my vehicle was being washed Jesus and Aracely kept me company inside and they were very friendly, but the icing on the cake was when I saw my car done. I plan on going back next week, thank you El Plebe car wash for your service and attention. Sincerely yours a happy customer.

I showed up to get a Carwash on a Monday afternoon. It was a slow day. I tell the gentleman that I have a little bit of dog hair in the trunk. It was very little and I should have just vacuumed it myself, but since I was already going I figured I’d ask for them to do it. Usually I don’t say anything and they will just vacuum it for me as part of the service because that’s a car wash lol Well for those 30 dog hairs I was charged $15 dollars. When I told the gentleman that I thought that was a lot for a few hairs (mind you, he had not seen the trunk at all it was just my word) he immediately went to check and of course the guy had already vacuumed it in under 3 minutes because it was very little and he said “you see, it’s good now we use a lot of good products to remove the hair” listen. it’s okay if I have to pay for a service, but to get charged $15 when the car wash is $30 seems ridiculous to me. Save your money and go elsewhere. I will not be giving them my business anymore. Response to owner: April 20,2024 You are incorrect. I think you should check your cameras. When I got there I asked the gentleman who receives people, about the cars and he said “it’s fine” he never mentioned to me a price. And yes it was a “little” bit of hairs and my car did not need any grease inside nor was that service provided. lol you guys are running a dirty business. I just got my car a month ago. I think you guys really need to stop lying. Now I know why your responses back to people are always so defensive. You guys do not know how to own up to your mistakes.

This place is Awesome to me, they take their time but it's worth the patience for the service. Clean and the workers are under shade so it really helps when it comes to offering great outcomes for vehicles washed and cleaned.

These guy's Rock. Very helpful and friendly. Prices Rock too. Anyone who complains is just an idiot. I came here because of my friends recommendations. It's called word of mouth. I will definitely be back for another detailing session. Rock on El Plebe.
