First time customer so if any future experiences give me a reason to lower the rating, it will be edited accordingly, if not then it’s still 5 stars. Needed a proper wash/detail done ASAP without having to take a loan out for one with the prices some of these “mobile detailers” charge for similar services that Encino provided. Some of their reviews left me a bit reluctant but decided to give them a shot. Pulled in, thankfully it wasn’t too busy so I was tended to immediately, went with the #4 package, the gentleman at the vacuum area said he could add on leather conditioner for my seats which was ideal since I hadn’t conditioned the seats in some time. Went in, paid with the nice lady at the desk (be sure to keep the receipts, the finishing guy will ask for it) and went outside to wait. My car came out pretty quickly from the wash process and I was expecting the finisher to be quick but to my pleasant surprise he was very detail oriented, dried every crevice on the door jams and even the trunk as well. Wish I had gotten his name so I could ask for him personally next time I go back. The leather conditioner did leave the seats a biiit slippery but honestly all conditioners are going to have that effect. Also I had AirPods and Persol sunglasses in the front and they were NOT stolen so they’re trustworthy people here. For the $65 I paid I received much more here at Encino than I would have if I had gone with a mobile detailer who would’ve charged me the same for just a simple exterior wash, these guys at Encino did great for my first visit, photos speak for themselves. 🙏🏽

I'm not from southern california, so i'm not used to car washes. But I will say that this experience was really good. I had the handcar wash. Because I did not want my car to go through them. Possibly scratching the wheels. My washing technician did a really good job spent decent detail on the wheels and the tight areas such as license plate, etc. I definitely recommend this shop. Tip them well, they deserve it.

As others have said, the quality and trustworthiness of this car wash has gone down hill. This used to be a quality car wash with a decent wash and vacuum for a good price. The wash, and especially the vacuum has been much more hurried and poorly done in the last few months. Despite this, they’ve kept my business as the price is good. They advertise 19.99 for most cars, trucks, SUVs & Limousines (extra). I’ve come here for years in a compact Subaru SUV and only been charged 19.99. They always try to upsell you with extras, but it’s usually easy to decline saying you only want to pay the 19.99. Today, I told the manager I only wanted to pay 19.99 and he said OK. When I got to the cashier to pay, I realized I had been charged a higher amount for a large truck or SUV. When I asked the manager about the hidden fee despite years of visits and only ever paying the 19.99, he became defensive and argumentative saying my Subaru is a large SUV. Meanwhile, the Chevy Tahoe and Ford F150 next to me were only charged the typical 19.99. In the end, the owner offered to give me an air freshener for over charging me, but the trust has been broken. I regret recommending friends and family here, as I now fear they may have been taken advantage of and overcharged as well.

I have been going to this car wash for a long time time now and everything was fine until my last visit. As soon I got to the front, they vacuumed inside then left the car sitting there for half an hour. I went to investigate the issue and noticed many cars that came after me went inside immediately. When I asked the person who writes tickets, what is going on, he came at me yelling and screaming to go sit down and wait and he said very rudely that is not my business how things work here. He added the express wash people that pay less than half of what paid have priority over me. Then a car came in for full wash, got vacuumed and went inside immediately. When I questioned that, he yelled at me, that is not my business and said go away. In order to get my car moving, I had to go the manager, then 10 minutes later my car came out. They lost me as a customer and I am sure they will lose many more if they keep that rude and mentally deranged person who writes wash tickets employed.

The carwash died with my car inside. They pushed my car out and literally rinsed it down with the hose. 20 min turned into 40 min. $30.00 into to the drain deserves 1 star review.
