Total Rip Off They wanted $55 for a wash (only a wash)... I drove to another car wash a few miles away... $25 for a wash. On the way I passed a guy who has a mobile car-detailing business, he's washing a car parked curbside, I ask him how much to wash my car... $55, and he's drives to your address.

The people were so nice there, but my car wasn’t all that clean when finished. I just got an exterior wash so I’m thinking it’s the automatic car wash that isn’t so hot. I’ll try one more time and get a thorough inside and out car wash.

Paid $47+tip but my car still dirty and has a sand, if I want remove sand pay more $200 it’s too high price for sand and I can’t use their compressor too don’t go bad service

I went to Expert Car Wash this morning for their "Exterior Express Wash" at $13.99, hoping to clean my car after a road trip from Northern California. What a joke. When they finished, my windshield and front bumper were still covered in bug splatters—clearly untouched. I pointed it out to the employee drying my car, who lazily re-wiped the bumper, removing maybe a few specks while ignoring the windshield entirely. Frustrated, I drove back to the wash line entrance and asked another employee to re-wash it. He flat-out refused, claiming the bug splatters on my windshield were "chips"—an absurd excuse that doesn’t even deserve a response. For $14, I expect a clean car, not half-hearted wiping and ridiculous cop-outs. Terrible service, incompetent staff, and zero accountability. Avoid this place unless you enjoy paying for nothing.

Not sure why this place doesn’t have good reviews. For $32 and 20minutes later, the guys here scrubbed away at all the dead bugs that had gotten on my grill and windshield from the SF-LA drive. They wiped the insides, tires, windows and sunroof. They have a $14 express wash, which is basically a drive through car wash with some on hand involvement I feel anything in the $30-$40 package will be fine. Unsure how their $200+ packages work At that point just go get detailing, clay, ceramic coating for $300 elsewhere. Giving it 4.5 stars because I saw some small, hard to get rid off spots still remaining. Rounding it up to 5 stars to even the odds they have on Yelp.
