Express Auto Spa - Lakewood

Overall, the wash was decent and convenient, but the main thing that bothered me is that I upgraded to platinum wash just for the tire shine and whoever did the tire shine only dipped sponge in the bucket ones and only one tire is nice and the rest of them did not come out good see pictures. quite disappointing

The price set up can get confusing from what I've read on the reviews .I can understand but once you learn it it's quite simple. The people who clean the cars do the best job I've seen out of the places I've been to in the area. And I haven't had a bad experience yet with the car coming out dirty or wet and the whole place from the bathroom to the lobby is very clean...and the section where u vacuum your own car is really nice as well

Went here for the first time since ownership changed hands. It is a little confusing at first. There are two lanes: members and paying customer. Once you go around the do-it-yourself vacuums, you should be greeted by a person by the kiosks. Now you have the option of vacuuming yourself or have the place do it. Car wash is $28 if you vacuum yourself or $45 if you let them do it. The option for them doing the vacuuming is called Flex. I didn’t have a problem with the price, it was the inconvenience of having to turn the car around to go back to the detailing section. Luckily there wasn’t anyone there waiting in line, so I can see this being an issue if they are busy. You pull in and get out of the car. I felt a little hurried out of the car and rushed inside to pay. The person didn’t speak English well, so it was frustrating and confusing. Once inside you need to pay for the car wash. When your interior is done, you get back in the car and then have to go back to that kiosk (where I had to turn around before) and hand the receipt to the person there. You then stay in the car as it goes through the car wash. Once outside the car wash, there is a traffic-light sign telling you when to go. You pull over and they dry off your car. Even though the process needs work on running more efficiently, the results of the interior cleaning were excellent, but the exterior was to be desired. Simple dirt stains and bird poop still remain on my car after the wash (see pics at the end). I’m not going to complain about some water stains from the mirrors or back window, because that always happens no matter how good it is cleaned. Just disappointed with the exterior clean and the overall experience. I’d still go back, but if I have similar results, it will be my last visit.

Great place, all brand new. They do a great job, and with the express wash, it is even faster. The monthly pass is well worth it. I have been going there for months now. I never had a problem, and the car looks better than ever.
