Express Car Wash MC

Slightly disappointed $40 and it's really not clean. Dirty spots all over the place, expected a more thorough job for the price especially since they didn't clean the inside for that price. Would have been better off at the automatic wash for $15.

As others have stated, Morris County Hand Wash is extremely overpriced for the horrible service you will receive here. I paid for a bronze wash ($30) which includes "foaming wheel brite" and "premium tire dressing". When I went to get back into my vehicle, it was clear that the wheels hadn't been touched, and only 3 of the 4 tires had been dressed. I went inside and asked the manager to address, and he begrudgingly came outside and told me the wheels were pressure washed and I'd need to pay for a detail to get the dirt off. His solution after I repeatedly asked for this to be addressed was to have an employee halfheartedly wipe the wheels down with a greasy rag, which left them looking worse than when I arrived. Employees seem genuinely miserable (manager included) and couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. I will not be returning and will be telling friends and family to avoid this car wash at all costs.

Only car wash place where you leave with your wheels dirty. I asked to have them cleaned and they said they can’t clean inside the wheels only the outside surface. So you pay for a wash, but they inform you that they can’t complete it. How does that make any sense? UPDATE after owners response. None of that took place. I didn’t compliment because they were never cleaned and never went back. I also didn’t get a hand wax. This wasn’t the first time this happened, but was the last because I never went back.

This is the last time i go there... I have been in this place for 3 years, washing my car (not so often, once every 3 or 4 months), and the service and quality used to be good. But the last 3 times, i was very disappointed, paying for the platinum and extra for shampooing the interior, they constantly forget to vacuum areas such as trunk or back seats, cup holders etc... but today was really bad, they just lightly wiped over dust and stains and gave me my car as dirty as it was before, with just a layer of shine on top of the dirt. Had to re-do everything myself when home. Ill try to find another place.
