Express Car Wash

I believe this is now the 711 car wash. I came here at 5:15 on Sunday June 9th and the attendant has to be the most emotionally unhinged man I’ve ever seen working costumer service. He was making hand motions to turn my wheel which I did, he continues to do it along with other hand motions so I roll down my window and he begins to scream at me “WHEN I TELL YOU TURN YOUR WHEEL I NEED YOU TO TURN YOUR WHEEL”. I have never in my life been screamed at like that by anyone working costumer service. I’ve always come to this place and the people working have been not the nicest but not flat out rude. This dude takes the cake. I’ll never step foot in this trash car wash ever again.

Spent $15 dollars to get a car wash. None of the bird feces on my car was cleaned off. The person who came out to pre-rinse the car spent about 10 seconds lazily hosing the front of the car, instead of spraying the spots that blatantly needed it. Had to use minimal force with a car windshield sponge near the gas pumps to remove it myself. Car was dirty again afterwards because they don't change the water at those stations, though. Never getting a wash here again.

Something you need to know before you use this place. Their Express Wash does not include spot-free rinse. Their car wash looks really nice and I'll definitely go back but they definitely lose two start from me for not communicating that Express Wash does not include spot-free rinse which is pretty much standard nowadays. I know the sign shares this information if you compare but I actually bought the wash at the gas pump where there's no sign or any indication. I just wanted a quick wash so I bought the cheapest one which typically is quick wash and Spot Free. I left this place and my car was covered with water marks. I honestly think they should not offer this at all if they don't want to include spot-free because they're not doing themselves any favor. In fact is chipping away their reputation because they do have really nice wash and great setup for free vacuuming

I've got to say, this is a very nice car wash. The folks that work there are as pleasant as you could ask. They have quite a few finishing/cleaning stations so you don't have to worry about waiting after your wash. If you really want to enjoy getting your car washed, come after dark when you can see the crazy lights inside the wash. Trippy.

It's a good deal, and close to my house. I like these vacuums better than the ones at fast5xpress. But it seems like they need to advertise the car wash a little more. I don't see that many people using it. Also, I always see lots of people coming and going from the vacuums, but I see very few people actually driving through the wash. So it seems that they could be losing a lot of money if they aren't watching it. Maybe they charge for the vacuums at the gas pump, but I doubt it. Overall does a pretty decent job for the price.
