Express carwash touchless car cleaning

Been coming here a while, the wash has been okay. What i don't understand is how they have the rudest workers I've ever encountered. It's a car wash, yet the two times I've had to interact with staff or workers I've been left jaw dropped. There are much better car washes in the area. Clearly they don't care after seeing other reviews AND their staffs attitudes towards customers. I regret coming here for years.

I have never had a problem with this car. Wash. Before today. Actually, that's not true. There was a time where it jipped me on the car wash once but yeah, I just disputed that charge with my bank. Today, I don't know whether or not a car before me I had paint all over it and drove through But the a machine put dry paint all over my car actually had to sit down vacuums and damn near rehandwash the entire car myself. Had to get into the nooks and crannies of my rims because there was paint drying on them. I don't know why a machine like this wouldn't have some kind of things way of cleaning itself after of extremely dirty vehicle comes through. The reason I even write this bad review is because there was no way to contact the owners whatsoever. I live up the street from the this car wash and I've been coming here frequently. Almost once a week for the last 3 yearsbuying the express wash. That's the last time I'll do that. It's called customer service!

Pls take action to what happend to my car, Im super disappointed 😞 i always bring my car here i always do the $9 I never had a problem at all then , I bring my car march 10 and I want to treat my car even its an old car so i chosed the $11 to atleast add wax .. but I'm super devastated with the outcome I don't how my car got the scratch on the right side !!! I only noticed it when I get home.. because i always do vacuum first before wash.

Worst car wash I've ever had. Straight robbed me of $12. It said it wash prewashing and didn't spray anything. Then it went and brushed the dirt all around my truck without spraying any cleaner at all. Literally smeared dirt and salt all over my truck (I'd just come back from the mountains). Do not go here!

This car wash has been OK for the last few years, but lately it has gotten worse. Last time I was here, the first bay had issues. Today, no soap was sprayed on the whole left side of my car when I used the right most bay. Don't think I will be coming back here again.
