Window Damage!! Will never come back to this place ever again! Staff took info on sticky note and said we will let the boss know?????? Not even an apology given.

This is a place I’ve been using since 2017 when we moved to Lake Harveston. It was originally a full service wash only but now it’s that or do your own vacuuming and wipe down. I signed up recently for unlimited washes for $30.00 per month and for my purposes that’s great value. The wash does a great job, the vacuums work awesome and they provide towels to wipe excess water and detail the inside of the car. When I do the inside of the windows with their towels I never get streaks I have never been able to do that when cleaning the car at home. The staff is always friendly too.

Bought the $11 car wash was told they would hand dry my car and wash my wheels. After the wash I pulled into a spot and waited for 30 mins with my newborn baby and toddler idea the car myself!! for someone to help me. I finally got out and asked for help but they told me I had to dry it myself and I also didn’t get my tire cleaning thing done they said I got. Felt like I got lied to when I paid and I could of just got the $6 wash … anyways just felt like the customer service was awful and I felt like I was lied to bc I didn’t have time to read the sign with pricing bc someone was giving me info instead… also would of been nice to know instead of sitting there so my car dried better… will never go back and never recommend. The reviews speak for themselves. Total rip-off
