I tried to explain to him that rinsing my car off with low pressure and washing it are two different things, but he continued yelling at me. He said everything is working fine but he'll see when he starts getting more calls or goes there. I tried to help this guy out by telling him his equipment wasn't working and got screamed at like I was trying to scam him out of $4. Way to treat a loyal customer customer of 31 years.
