Fast & Friendly Express Car Wash

I LOVE Fast & Friendly Express Car Wash!!! It is the most complete, customer friendly car wash EVER!!! I have one of those quack car washes near me (they live up to their name, quack). I'd much rather drive from my home in Tremonton to South Jordan for the beautiful job I get at Fast & Friendly Express Car Wash. I really LOVE how they provide clean towels to wipe down my car. Like in the area the blowers can't reach. Then I use the towel to clean the windows, dashboard & other area's. They have an area (before the car wash) with buckets of solution & brushes to help you get off those extra dried on bugs, bird droppings, etc. My car comes out so shiny & BEAUTIFUL!!! I stand back looking at it with such pride; it is as if it was just off the showroom floor. I am totally THRILLED with this car wash company. It is Fast & Friendly & I Love them!!!

I just went through the car wash five minutes ago, and unfortunately, I couldn’t vacuum my car because none of the vacuums were working. I tried at least two stations, and after spending time trying to figure it out, I had to leave. I noticed employees could see me through the window, yet no one came out to assist or check if the vacuum system needed to be turned on. On top of that, the area looked messy with towels scattered on the floor. This was a disappointing experience and felt like a waste of time. Would you please ensure staff is available to assist customers when needed? Thank you.

Great car wash! The staff is very friendly. I love that they offer a little car cleaning kit with each wash. The only thing missing is a floor mat cleaner for rubber mats.

If you want to get a cheap car wash that also scratches your car up and then have the manager of the car wash disregard your complaints, then this is the car wash for you. My husband took one of our cars here last week for a quick $3 wash because it just needed a rinse. He came home and I noticed several substantial scratches on the doors, top and from of the car that resembled the swiping motions a car wash would make over the car. Yes, my car did have a few other scratches that I was aware of before, but these were new and very obvious. We went back immediately, spoke to their manager, and filled out the necessary paperwork so they would cover the damages to our car. Then we waited about a week to hear back from them, just to have them tell us that the marks were “inconsistent” with scratches that a car wash would make and that they probably happened when he was vacuuming the car afterwards. Seriously?! They look EXACTLY like the kind of scratches that the cloths in a car wash would make. The plastic vacuum hoses didn’t even touch the car and wouldn’t make scratches like this in paint if they did. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

Went in for a $3 car wash for my moms car we’ve been using, and left without the back glass. It’s gonna be at least a couple hundred to replace, it’s not about the money but the principle that they don’t wanna pay to fix it after the window basically exploded inside of their car wash. Just thankful the glass didn’t hurt us at all. Please avoid this place at all costs!
