Fast5Xpress Car Wash Costa Mesa

I am a member of Fast5Xpress Carwash. So nice that they’re everywhere. Convenient and great programs but unfortunately, this particular one has vacuums that are broken and different nozzles that blow air don’t work properly. I’ve tried different spots and each one I went into was broken. I couldn’t believe it. They all need to be replaced. Unfortunately, this place does not keep up with the standards that I’m accustomed and other locations. Ugh

$19.99 for a spotless car! Fast service, especially at lunchtime when it’s not crowded. Highly recommend!

I always ask for napkins and a car air freshener, they give me one napkin, which is impossible to wipe anything with, and when I ask to give the air freshener to the car, there is no reaction. It's strange... well, I won't say anything about the poor glass cleaning, but here it's a complete saving of water and foam... and there are scratches on the side of the door after washing, but I haven't filed a complaint anywhere... no time and nerves

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST experience with this Location!!!!!!!!!!!!! This location has gone downhill and they have failed to maintenance it, causing thousands of dollars to my car!!!!!!!! . The hood of my car got totally scratched up after going through this location. After coming out and seeing the damage, I spoke with Dave the supervisor who took my damage claim. While I was really upset, he calmly told me that he has seen this before and that their insurance should cover it. That being said, he had his District Supervisor look at it a few days later. It was cloudy and so the scratches didn’t stand out as much. He showed my husband and I a camera footage of the entrance going in, and said that there were scratches. LOL..when he walked out to the car and saw that “the scratches “ on the car was actually bird poop and dirt. His “scratches” on camera disappeared. Because he barely inspected the car he said he was going to deny the claim!!! I have been a loyal customer to this chain and this particular location for a few years

This car wash used to be an excellent place, but it has now become a complete disaster. Here's why: 1. Deceptive Tactics: Fast5Xpress Car Wash initially garnered positive reviews by providing free towels. However, their true colors were revealed when they decided to increase their prices by $2. This blatant attempt to deceive customers is unacceptable. 2. Inefficient Service: The name "Fast5Xpress" implies quick service, but my recent visit proved otherwise. The car wash is no longer fast, as there seems to be a constant turnover of new employees at the station, resulting in a lack of efficiency and professionalism. 3. Damaged Vehicle: During my visit, I was shocked to discover that my car's mirror had been scratched. This level of carelessness and lack of attention to detail is completely unacceptable. Fast5Xpress Car Wash should take responsibility for the damage caused to customers' vehicles. 4. Poor Cleaning Quality: Even on their highest-priced package, the platinum wash, my vehicle was not cleaned properly. The photos I have attached clearly show the lack of attention given to certain areas of the car. It is disheartening to pay a premium price and receive subpar results. 5. Overall Decline: Fast5Xpress Car Wash has taken a sharp decline in quality. What was once an excellent car wash has become a shadow of its former self. The decrease in service standards, coupled with the unreasonable price increase, is nothing short of a betrayal to loyal customers. In conclusion, I cannot express my disappointment enough with Fast5Xpress Car Wash. Their deceptive tactics, inefficient service, damaged vehicle, poor cleaning quality, and overall decline have left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied. I strongly advise potential customers to seek out alternative car wash options that prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain consistent quality.
