WASH TRACK CAUSED DAMAGE TO BRAND NEW RIMS. I'm not usually one to complain, but when going through a carwash, you should feel secure that no major damage will occur if you follow the directions properly. On 11/8/24 my car sustained significant scratching all the way around the front driver rim while going through the wash. This rim will need to be re-finished. I notified the wash of the damage via email 11/9/24 with pictures. The first email I sent I received a response quickly asking me for my Make/Model/What Happened/Pictures etc. so they could start the process rolling. However, since then, I've received absolutely no updates or responses from 2 follow up emails on 11/12 and 11/15 just to confirm my info had been received. This lack of response goes to show how this franchise treats customers who have an issue. It's easy to collect 5 star reviews when a everything goes to plan, but a company really really shows what it is when something goes wrong. So now I'm stuck, hoping that someday someone from Fast5 will respond as to what I'm supposed to do when their wash caused damage to my vehicle. I pray this doesn't happen to anyone else. I'm sad because generally I liked the facility, but now there is no way I can ever go back. Do not go through this wash if you value your rims or appreciate good customer service. Beware. 11/19/24 UPDATE FROM FAST5: "I apologize for the delay; I reviewed the damage and went ahead and have my boss review it also and we do not find the damage consistent with the car wash and car wash equipment. Although we will not repair this damage I can offer a few free car washes for the delayed response and wait time" Not consistent? The damage to the rim is exactly the height of the wash track. A (few) free washes? So I can have my car damaged even further. Absolutely laughable.

I have been going here for a long time. this morning the roller on the right side was not working and did not wash the right side. My husband went up to the manager but the manager did no offer anything. I called corporate and they offered an upgrade on my next visit. I asked for a free wash next time for the inconvenience. And they said I could get 1 within 24 hours. Which did no good. I will never go back there again. Very poor customer service. They dont care if they lose customers over 8 dollars

Well… I drove through twice cuz my car looked just as dirty when I first drove it through. Still has bird feces on the windshield and body. Will have to stop at a gas station to squeegee it clean as much as I can. Not sure what the deal was as I just washed my car two weeks ago. It’s not like I drove through muddy terrain or something. I got the silver wash. The first time didn’t have any colored soap. Second time it did. Supposedly same wash. Idk I have a little Toyota Corolla. 4 stars for decent customer service letting me drive through twice.

horrible experience. Paid for the highest wash as this was the first wash on my new van and wanted it shiny. came out of the tunnel and it did not wash anything. front and back of the van was still dusty and dirty with mud and water spots from the rain. I walked around and noticed my brake light was damaged as well. I went to the cashier and told them my van was not washed and I filed a claim for the damage. was told they will contact me for the claim. 3 days went by and no call. I called and was told to call them in the morning. I called today and was told they cannot do anything about it as their machines do not put pressure on the cars. I told him my van was being bumped and shacking while being "washed". they said it was already damaged and they will not pay for the damage. my van still has paper plates and wasn't even a month old. Do not come here! they will not wash the car, and they will damage and deny responsibility.
