I feel scammed!! The manager did tell me to go thru the wash cycle and circle back thru to get the wash I PAID for…but again due to time restrictions I was unable to do that. I know it seems trivial, but my time is precious. Anything I do away from the hospital is a luxury and incompetence is not okay."
