I've been going to Fast Five since one opened in my neighborhood. I love the machines at this new location, smooth like butter, wash has lots of suds and soap, everything works awesome! It's empty, so take advantage while you can before word gets out that it's here! Best feature of all, it auto checks in members, no need to touch screen just wait a few seconds, and open says me!

One of the best car wash I’ve tried, they have the super dry technology and that’s what makes them different from any other car wash. The staff is amazing and very helpful, the everything is brand new since it’s a new location they just opened up.

Car wash was ok but the customer service here was super lazy and unprofessional. There was a male with dreads rolling his eyes the moment we pulled up and barely even sprayed my car with that spray. The tall gentleman that walked out to ask us what we wanted spoke in such an irritated manner and had his back turned walking away as he was still talking.

hi I am a regular customer at this car wash. I have two vehicles I wash them almost every 10 days both and last time I visited to wash my van I went through the tunnel start washing the van and at the end of tunnel the bar from behind fell off broken , then I guess the manager saw the incident then he asked me if I wanna write an incident report I said yes I write it and after two weeks, they called me and said we are sorry the bar filled by itself, and we have nothing to do with it!!!! before going into the tunnel, I had no issues with van . I might lost That part of my van, but they also lost a weekly customer !!

This is my go-to car wash! I've been coming since they opened and even after moving a bit further away, I still go out of my way to come here. I tried 2 other car washes nearby in Santa Ana but they've both upped their cost significantly. Seriously, one of them jumped up 43% and the other by 71% between visits for the basic wash. Fast5Xpress is a great deal if you're like me who only wants a singular basic wash every once in a while not to mention it cleans just as well.
