First 2 times it was great. Last time Feb. 25th I realized the back side of my mirror was missing. I called 3 times asking if they found the back of my mirror. Not ONCE did they return my call. My mechanic said it is a common problem. Now I have to PAY to replace the cover. Also the back window looked like it had not been washed!!!! Will not go there again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Great car wash that's much better than the standard car wash centers. Great hi-power suctioning vacuums for those messy stubborn carpets/mats. Great prices & monthly pkg pricing too! Highly recommend Fast 5 Express Car Wash.

When they started, I got two memberships for two different cars with one I done have any problems, but with the other one I started having problems, and I keep asking the guys to please replace the sticker because is not working, the only thing they do is to get my name last name and the sticker number. This morning I had the same problem, I asked one of the workers and he gave me attitude. He open the gate but this is the result, the rainbow soap didn鈥檛 worked, and the rollers at the end didn鈥檛 worked. I had to go back and wash my car again. This review is not intended to affect any of the workers, it is so you guys can get better. This video was taken after the first wash
