You will notice a few more minor scratches compared to hand wash. 2. Side mirrors will be pushed during washing. Close it before if you are afraid of damages. 3. Waiting lines tend to be long starting from 5pm and until it closes (7pm)

This used to be great but they're not keeping up maintenance. Final bar didn't come down and wash the top of my hood nor did it get blown dry. Had to dry off pretty much the whole car. Also about 50% of the vacuum cleaners seem to be out of service or don't have decent enough suction to work properly. Will be going to a different car wash from here out.

I often come here to wash my car. The staff is very professional, and they are incredibly fast. Even if you see a long line, you'll find that you get served quickly. It's great! I highly recommend this place.

I've used a lot of car washes in the area. The shop on Rosemead and Colorado was my go to, but the prices rose too high. I tried the one on Walnut - nope! Also the Shell station on Colorado - too much soap or not a long enough rinse. So when Fast 5 opened, I had to give them a try. There are lines here most of the time I come. I don't like it, but I understand why so many people come here. The lines move pretty fast, so it's okay. The staff here is hit and miss. Some are good, while some have an attitude. Sometimes the guy/gal who guides you into the was is friendly, while other times they're not. The tunnel is clean. The machine does a good job cleaning and for those times that it doesn't, they gladly send me back through for a second try. Sometimes those yellow/brown spots don't come off too easily. The vacuum area is pretty clean. The vacuums are in good shape and have strong suction. The air sprayers are also pretty good. Great to get water and soap out of emblems and nooks and crannies. I would definitely prefer to hand my keys to someone and pick up a clean and dry car, but prices have gone up so much that I'm forced to use Fast 5. I just have to plan to do a little work on my own. Not a big deal to me.
