Fast5Xpress Car Wash San Bernardino

Paid $16 for the Gold tier wash. The wash was good on the sides and back but somehow misses the entire front. It's just mud and comes off when I brush it, so I would not recommend this place. Only reason for 2 stars is that the price is reasonable, and you do get a car freshener... But save your money and go somewhere else.

Wanted to give this place a try, unfortunately left very disappointed. The machines themselves aren’t that powerful. If you have a rack I wouldn’t recommend going here. You won’t be able to get the top washed, that being said that includes the front, hood, windshield and back as well. Paid for Gold, got something less than their basic wash in the end. Tried to reason with them for a partial refund but no help unfortunately. Gold includes tire shine but there was no shine.

I was underwhelmed by the performance of the car wash. I brought my SUV in for a cleaning and chose the top-tier wash package, expecting a thorough job. However, the results were disappointing. • Rims and Tires: Still dirty after the wash. • Grill and Front Bumper: Looked like they weren’t touched at all. For the highest package offered, I expected much better attention to detail. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my standards.

This is the place to GO in SB, if you want your vehicle to be as clean as can be. The vacuums work really well. I notice that every time I GO wash my car here,there's always drying towels out for use. The manager Yami is also very attentive for any issues. I highly recommend stopping by to give your car the love it deserves..

This place is sinking lower and lower. - went by a few weeks ago but they were closed due to some equipment malfunction and the manager Tony was out there handing out business cards with an upgrade for a future wash…. Today 1/12 i went for a wash and the UPGRADE wasnt honored. - ohhh and the Blue Raggedy Sentra ( employee ) was still parked in a customer vacuum spot. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: ** update 8/16 ** - the employee with the Blue Nissan Sentra still hasnt figured out that he/she has an assigned employee parking spot. and he found a buddy with a Chrysler minivan. STILL IN THE VACUUMING SPOTS ! ( those are for customers that come to wash their vehicles and want to also vacuum ) ——————————————————— ***update 7/19 - still the same two employees’ vehicles there ( a raggedy blue Nissan Sentra and a newer Impala ) … you’d think this location is unattended if you were to go by the employee parking spots …. Not one car parked there - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - A bit outdated compared to other Fast5 locations. - They dont have as many brushes or material scrubbing stations as you go thru the tunnel as other locations. ( doesnt come out very clean since it doesnt get scrubbed/brushed as much ) - When using the vacuuming stations outside, it always smells like Marijuana ( from the neighborhood ) - : - : I’ve been there multiple times and there’s at least 2 employees vehicles parked in the vacuum spots. ( windshield sun blocker in place, the cars dont seem to do worked on by anyone ) - Chevy Impala and a Nissan Versa i think …… the tunnel and time spent inside seems a lot shorter than other locations.
