General car wash and nothing wrong with the service or facility. But… I felt like I was at the Tijuana boarder crossing into San Diego. Waited in line for 30 minutes and regretted coming here immediately. Would recommend driving a little further out of the way to find a different car wash, will actually save you time.

Noticed during the vacuum, after car wash, a new scratch appeared in the frame of the car next to the windshield on the driver side. There is a ‘pattern’ from the scratch showing it most probably done by a mechanical movement of a brushing movement. Requested the attendant to take a look and he said they use microfiber brush and will not create such a scratch. I do not have a before and after image so no proof but scratch appeared right after car wash. He said I can file a report but they will most probably tell me the same thing.

This is your basic automatic car wash place with the wash completed in about 2 minutes. Most people are saying stick with the lowest tier wash since there is no noticeable improvement when adding on extras. One thing I notice is that there is only one person at the start of the wash prepping the wash with power soap sprays and long soft brushes that I see in other similar washes. There are free vacuum stalls next for the wash lane for self cleaning the interior.

I think there is something that happens with others who have an exclusive line for those who are members. because those of us who are members are faced with a very long wait where the right thing to do would be to have priority because we are members. You need to put a line that only those who are card members can enter and those who are not members must use another line. I like the service, but this place needs to improve on the issue of member lines. July 28 Sunday still same situation members stand in line waiting for non-members to pay with credit cards, even though there is a sign saying this line is for members only

I took my Mercedes-Benz to Fast5Express with their Platinum membership, expecting premium service. Unfortunately, I lost my rear wiper blade during the wash because they forgot to tape it down, and the wiper blade holder might be broken too. When I asked for help, they simply said they don’t cover damages and offered no assistance. Disappointing, especially considering the cost of the Platinum membership. Be cautious if your car has delicate parts.
