Finish Line Car Wash

Paid for silver package which includes undercarriage wash and vacuuming. There were rocks and debris left in the car after they “vacuumed “, dashboard wiped half way only, leaving another half dusty, exterior not wiped completely. This is my second bad experience with this place.

I’m a local realtor so I basically live out of my car. They didn’t read job cleaning my interior and exterior windows, Great thank you. There’s a restroom inside while you’re waiting you get to watch your car being washed. They have a few snacks inside car wash cleaning supplies and air fresheners. They even decorated for the holiday with the nice tree. It was actually very busy for a Friday afternoon I thought. It’s an excellent location and they have a lot of people washing the interior and vacuuming. This place is a well oiled machine. Highly recommend this car wash. My girlfriend gets her car detailed here all the time. I just need to set some time aside to do so myself. It’s right on route 10 W. so you can’t miss it

Told my husband we should go anywhere else. Paid for the platinum, 100% didn’t attempt to vacuum or clean the trunk, interior front seat was still dusty and didn’t wipe down any air vents, second row soaked on the floor and no vacuum. Third row still had dirt on the floor. What is platinum? First and last time I’ll ever be going there. No customer service. Livingston car wash is close enough to never have to set foot in this place again - the indoor area where you pay smells like cigar smoke. Don’t waste your money. Literally the citrus package at Livingston car wash is the same price as what I paid and 1. It’s 99% satisfactory and 2. If it’s not, they fix the problem.

Paid for the platinum wash. There were streaks all over my car and the rear window was still white from the recent snow storm. The salt and mud from the roads being treated was still on the back of the vehicle. The back seat was not wiped down or cleaned at all. They never even opened the back doors once they pulled the car out. Not to mention the terrible vacuum job. I can’t believe I paid so much. I should’ve taken it up the road and done it all myself.

Edgar and Noel in the detail center are the best! I highly recommend them for your hand wash and detail needs. They also can tint windows, fix rock chips, fix dents and much more. My go to place for aesthetics! Thank you guys!
