Five Points Car Wash

I’ve been a customer of Five Points for at least a decade, and it really is the best car wash around. They do an excellent job and and if anything is wrong they fix it right away, no questions asked. They have a great loyalty program and a friendly staff. Can’t recommend enough!

I'm always amazed at how awesome my car turns out when I come here! This is the place to come when you want to pamper your car with an inside and outside proper detailing. They have different packages. Today, I got the $30.99 deal. Perfection! I just might upgrade next time. Miss Daisy left a happy lady 😁

03/08/25 I brought in my 2025 model Y in for the diplomat package wash this vehicle has less than 70 miles on the odometer and was picked up from the dealer LESS THAN 3 DAYS AGO I rolled into the service bay to have the associate take my info like normal. since this is a brand new vehicle I did make sure to give a walk around of the car before I let them take it around and then went to the front of the waiting area to see it come out, upon seeing the vehicle come out i immediately noticed a gauge out of my drivers side rear wheel. at first I didn’t think it was damage maybe it was a piece of lint from the cleaning cloths but upon inspection when the vehicle was completed I walked up to the car and to my dismay two fresh gauges missing out of my drivers side rear wheel. I immediately notified staff and that’s when I met with this places supposed manager. From the very start of this interaction this gentleman had showed nothing but extreme hostile and defensive temperament toward myself THE CUSTOMER immediately trying to refuse responsibility lying to my face telling a situation like this has never happened to him when I know for fact there are several accounts of people having there wheels damaged at this place, that being said this entire interaction I had been nothing but respectful and professional simply explaining to the manager that this all could be solved by me providing a quote to have my wheel repaired by a professional. Instead he insisted on dabbing paint on my BRAND NEW wheel and sat there and let me know I wouldn’t tell the difference. After refusing his quick repair the gentleman began to become noticeably frustrated and completely shut down communication, keep in Mind this is AN INDIVIDUAL WITH YEARS OF EXPERIENCE whom easily angered when he hears something he doesn’t like he the proceeded to bring me into a dark security room to show me camera proof on a camera system that had to be over 40 years old. there’s Nokia phones with better camera quality then what that’s places cameras have. Then an individual who I later find out sprayed off my car before it when into the wash bay came and stated that the damage was already there and that the wheel cover had been off. I Immediately called out his BS Because at no time from the wash to the drying has the wheel cover been unsecured and based on the video footage that the manager showed at no point did ANYONE touch the wheel so if the wheel cover was actually off then who popped it back in those things don’t pop in on there own . I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional group of people in my life. All the managers stated he could do for me was a 50 dollar car wash credit through the exact car wash that had just damaged my wheels…. How does that make any sense. after that he continued over and over mention that his roller and track system would not cause any damage but when he walked me to the rollers and inspected them they looked worn and the the metal bolt pertruding from the roller had signs of impact wear as well as covered in rust. same rust may add that where on the gauges that where on the wheel .. BEWARE OF THESE COMPANIES that treat you like crap if something doesn’t go smooth the manager refused to open an incident report or give me any sort of information to get in contact with upper management. I will provide pictures of the rollers and damage to my wheel

Juan and Mario did an amazing job! I have 2 dogs so there’s always a lot of dog hair especially in the back seats and they got the job done perfectly! Great employees top tier service.

They did a great job cleaning my car. I have three kids under six. They certainly make sure it gets dirty. The prices are fair and reasonable. Great customer service.
