I hit them up just before closing. There was no line, no waiting. Even though they were already cashed out for the day, they accepted me last minute. All the staff was very friendly and my car came out beautiful. As I do all my reviews, I am exercising full transparency. I bought the most expensive car. Wash was $42 and I tipped the man $10 so it came out to about $52 Out the door. Little more expensive than comparable type hand car washes but i'm not complaining whatsoever.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY!! Worst customer service ever. I pulled in and another car pulled in next to me at the same time. The Asian lady which I am guessing is the owner comes and inspects my car and tells me you have to throw this and this away, they don’t want to touch it. Acting like I had a dead animal inside my car!! It was only receipts and minor trash. She didn’t bother to go and inspect the other car just mine. Felt extremely disrespectful and discriminated if I should say because why would she only pick on me. They didn’t clean the inside correctly and the guy was slowly cleaning my car like he didn’t want to work on it.

By far the worst customer service and experience I’ve ever received from a car wash. Arrived and I was told by the employees that they aren’t allowed to wash my vehicle. I went inside to be told by Asian lady that the manager isn’t in and they don’t have experience or the right people to wash my Cybertruck. I told her I wanted a hand wash she then started to curse and yell. I don’t have time to lower myself to their level so I left and won’t be bringing any of my other vehicle or recommend this place anyone.

HORRIBLE Job. Paid $29 (includes $5 additional for a Kia Sorento) and apparently that doesn’t include tire shine nor freshener. The dusting and vacuuming was terrible. The door frames were badly done, if any. Water dripping in several places. I hadn’t been here in a while, won’t be back again.
