02/24/2025 - Editing to add to the owner's response. I have yet to receive a refund, so I’m not sure why you’re claiming otherwise. How can I believe you about issuing a refund when you didn’t even believe me about the issue in the first place? You also say you went back to check the equipment, but how do I even know that’s true? It’s clear you dismissed my concern from the start. You’re extremely defensive instead of handling customer feedback professionally. If you can’t treat customers with respect, why even be in business? There’s a saying that ‘the customer is always right,’ yet instead of accepting feedback and addressing concerns, you immediately go on the attack. You want to attack me for leaving a review, but what about your responses to other customers who have left reviews about your business? They aren’t exactly polite or professional. Instead of taking constructive criticism, you respond with hostility and defensiveness. Honestly, based on how aggressively you react, it seems like you have some anger issues. Maybe instead of lashing out, you should take a step back and work on managing your temper. Don’t worry, I won’t be back! My review might just help others see your true colors and think twice before giving you their business. ------------------------------------------------- First time visiting this car wash around 1:40 PM on 02/21/2025. I used the second bay from the back, but there was no foam coming out of the brush—completely dry. Even the high-pressure soap setting had no soap coming out. I called the number listed about 30 minutes later, as I had an appointment nearby. The woman who answered was nice, but when she transferred me to a male employee, he was incredibly rude. He insisted there was soap, claimed the equipment was serviced daily, and questioned me in a way that made me feel dumb. I explained that I had video proof, and instead of addressing the issue, he questioned why I recorded it. I apologized, letting him know I wasn’t trying to cause trouble—just providing evidence—but his tone remained dismissive. When I was transferred back to the woman, she took my information for a refund. I also told her about how I was treated, and she apologized, suggesting he might have been having a bad day. While I understand that happens, it still affects customers and leaves a lasting impression on the business. Maybe the extreme cold caused issues, or perhaps high usage depleted the soap supply. Either way, the poor customer service means I won’t be returning.

The only problem with a 44 car wash they don't have tire or engine cleaner and when you have a newer car nobody wants to use the stupid brush. I don't know what's so difficult about buying the tire and engine cleaner because it's cheap. And if you get it on your car or your pain it won't hurt it because all it is is like comet

UPDATE 2: Thank you for your reply. Why did it take you eight months to reply to me? I just don't understand that logic. All you had to do was answer your phone the day it happened or the day you replied to my review. UPDATE: Was never made whole after owner replied to me. No one answered the phone, called after his repl, and which would've been easily averted if someone answered the day this happened when I called the first time. If I could give this place a ZERO I would. Customer service is terrible. Came here 10/3/2023 around 315pm. Pulled in 2nd bay from Wyoming Ave side. Put $8.00 in. Tire wash doesn't work, car brush doesn't work, etc. Only thing that did work was High pressure soap and High pressure rinse. Brush spit out no soap and on tire wash i waited 15 seconds nothing came out. This was my second time using this car wash. Not good Forty Fort Car Wash, not good at all!

Washed my car quickly for 2 minutes. I super rushed because I had somewhere to be. Used a card because didn't have cash. Was hoping it'd be like the carwash near me. It charges $10 then refunds the time you don't use. I was charged $15 for 2 minutes. Is this right!? 😭 That's crazy.

CASPER COME BACK!!!! Best place in town to wash your car bottom line... Only 2 dollars and you can use quarters not the coins other places give you to use that don't even work..
