Fountain Valley Auto Wash

I came in for a quick car wash, but I am glad that I came across this place. My experience with them was great n they took the time to clean my car to the best of their abilities. I liked the fact that they didn't upsell me anything, they just got straight to what I was looking for. In my opinion, they did a great job cleaning my car for the price I paid for it!! Additionally, their pricing is not too bad either! As far as I know, $40 and up is for the hand car wash, so I'll definitely be returning so that I can get the more detailed car wash.

I have been going here to get my car washed for years - They are FriendlyClean & hard working. They have upgraded to multi level washes so you can drive thru for outside wash only or get the car inside & out washed. Clean bathroom facilities too!

Always come here and they always do a good job doesnt matter if it's an express wash or premium wash they always do their best job. They offer extra services if you need it but don't try to push it on you too hard. I came in for a regular wash and they asked if I wanted my headlights cleaned and it came out great.

I love coming here! They give a consistent clean each time. My vehicle is about 10 yrs old. I went to work the next day and my co-worker asked if I got a new vehicle...lol

DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! On Monday, my boyfriend got his car detailed and paid the worker $320 cash. He was given his keys, end of transaction. The next morning, the manager calls claiming he didn't pay for the service. He only paid $20 to his worker, and he needs to return to finish payment. He paid or how would he have been given his keys? Check the cameras. He didn't catch the employee's name because he was not wearing a name tag, just a work shirt. The manager said he had to come back and pay or else he's calling the police. He is not paying twice for sloppy work. If you didn't get the money, your employee probably has sticky fingers, BE a manager. So the cops showed up to my boyfriend's mailing address, his statement was taken, and it's currently under investigation. The work wasn't that great and the worker was lazy. While his car was getting cleaned the employee pointed to the plastic bottles and the trash bin. I thought we were paying for this service, why are we helping you do this job? For $320 you can't throw them out? This business completely ruined our experience of car maintenance and now we mistrust service workers. If you must, make sure you know who is taking your money, avoid paying cash, have a witness or have the cameras document it, and ASK FOR A RECEIPT!! Even if you don't think you need it, you can never trust the workers. You might run the risk of cops showing up at your house.
