They won't clean the inside of your car properly, if at all. When you talk to the people in charge they will give you smart remarks like "we not gonna detail your car for you" when all I asked was if they can do a better job. I pay 55 a month for the inside to always look dirty. The outside looks good but it's machine washed so can't really give them any credit for that either. At minimal you would expect a carwash to at least properly clean the inside as good as the outside but don't expect that from this place if you plan to come here. Many places will do a better job for less. My front end is newly painted and waxed but has a few new scratches again.

I dislike leaving negative reviews, but my experience with this car wash membership has been disappointing. Despite previous complaints to the manager, my car still doesn't look clean after a wash. The vacuuming method, while the car is in motion, is ineffective, and the interior wiping is inadequate, leaving dust behind. The $50 monthly fee isn't justified. The inside of my car shouldn’t look like this right after a car wash.

Great service. I know it gets busy but I feel there should be more attention to detail when it comes to VIP and Platinum wash. Sometimes spots are missed and heavy streaks are left behind on the glass surfaces. The staff is friendly and greeting. Take care of your fellow car washers. Just pass a second wipe on your glass if you see streaks. No biggie.

This was my first time and the same time the last one, I have a really bad experience and I almost buy the monthly packet thanks to God that I didn't, because the experience was terrible and horrible this is the worst service experience in a car wash , they don't cleaning doors and the central console , they just give me a call excuse that just wipe the dirt, but my car doesn't look clean ,they just told me that if want that I need to paid a flex just for air cleaning that cost $70 really I just want that wipe my door with a liquid for got off the dust🙄🙄🙄🙄I never comeback I just got ther because was near to my house , but definitely the worst experience almost $60 in the garbage 🗑️ because I paid for my boyfriend car and it was the same 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Don’t waste your money or time. They never get it completely clean no matter what package you get. I went to get my car cleaned and at the end checked for any mess. I alerted one of the ladies that it was still dirty she cleaned it for me but refused to clean it completely. I had to ask multiple different people but they would do a quick one-two and move on. They didn’t care if the car was truly clean or if I was truly satisfied. The manager then told me that they weren’t gonna completely clean my car and I had to leave. The guy in the front that is always pitching the monthly SCAM was no help either he just brushed me and another customer that had a complaint/ question off.
