Frankie's Full Service Car Wash And Auto Center

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! Self service is a joke, to start, the coin slot is broke and does not take coins so you end up paying extra for the already over priced $5.50 timed wash. the single wash bay is covered in trash and mud and the control box for the features of the box should’ve been replaced yesterday as features are broke and it’s severely out dated, doesn’t even take credit card!! To seal the deal on this subpar wash, the workers are absolutely miserable. One of the owners came into the wash bay with the cameras on his phone telling us rudely to not dry the car in the bay as there are people waiting (there was one person waiting who just pulled up 2 minutes prior)… there are zero signs that’s say no drying in the wash bay and maybe if the dryers weren’t broken this wouldn’t be an issue. i was just doing a quick wipe down of the car and just started to do so which is why i assume i was being watched on the camera the entire time. Very insecure ownership, as you can see from the review responses, please take your car elsewhere. Checkout the wash in chester, ny near the castle fun center

My wife went for an inspection and they failed her for needing a brake job. The man at the front said that he knew that the car needed new brakes as soon as she pulled in, before even inspecting the brakes! I had the brakes inspected by another place and they said they were getting low but were still legal. We have been going to Frankie's for years, never going back again.

Paid for the platinum… got a pretty decent wash, and interior was cleaned with intent and lightly waxed… however my trunk was COMPLETELY ignored and for the 34 bucks spent… I’m a bit disappointed. IS THIS NOT PART OD THE PACKAGE? Never had this happen at the Hambeltonian in Chester🤔🤦🏽

Brought my car here for the brushless car wash. Did not know that they do not dry off your car after a wash. One of the male Spanish workers with a thin mustache then proceeded to wave me off. I simply said that I’m just waiting for the car to be dried. He then proceeded to curse me out in Spanish and flag me off. A young Spanish female worker then proceeded to come out and explain their policy. I then had to go to the nearby store and by cloths to complete drying off my car. Overall, was a negative experience. I will NOT be coming back.

Honestly one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve had. Not sure about the full service option, but the automated car wash is an absolute waste of money. The only thing it did was wet my car. No brushes or scrubbing. My car came out looking worse than it went in because all it did was spread the dirt even more. I will never go here again. Now I need to pay to get another car wash somewhere else.
