I am very upset. After looking at my bank statement, I seen that I was charged double for a $5 wax service, that I usually do here. I always come here and pay cash. I pay $2.75 for the same exact wash/service which is why I bring my business here frequently. I understand to pay with a card Debit or Credit Card, a minimum purchase of $5.00 must be spent and given additional minutesare also given. However, I don't understand why was I charged twice! Another thing in trying to dispute this, The Merchant name on my Bank statement does not display Fred's car wash it's displayed as Leisten Car Wash.? I'd like to please get a number I can call to get my $5 back that shouldn't have been charged. Thank you

I typically visit Wednesday's or Thursday's so it might be different on other days. I always come here because they're never out of tire cleaner or wax or air fresheners like couple other places I've been to. I spend $5 get 12 minutes and fully wash my 2017 cx5 and with a minute + left over usually. Vacuum suction would be my only complaint.

A decent place for a quick wash but it's as clear as day that the timers are somewhat off and deliberately chosen times to force more quarters into the machines. Defies logic when an establishment asks its customers to comply with unrealistic options or commands.
