Glow Express Car Wash - Old Bridge

The car wash operates efficiently but still falls short of expectations. Glow Car Wash is a drive-through car wash facility that effectively removes winter grime from my SUV. However, there are several reasons why I cannot provide it with a perfect rating: The cleaning process, particularly in late winter, results in the formation of brown water stains that quickly dry due to the surrounding dry weather. A reputable car wash should be able to address this issue, but unfortunately, Glow Car Wash has not been successful in doing so. While it is superior to certain other car washes, it still falls short of perfection. The self-service vacuuming area is severely limited in space, which can cause traffic congestion and hinder the flow of customers. I was fortunate enough to secure a space to vacuum my car, but the inconvenience caused by the limited space and the potential disruption to other customers is not acceptable.

I had a lot of bugs on my car after a long drive so I went through the car wash twice on the second round my passenger side mirror was pushed in. I did not realize until I was halfway home. Then when I got home, I noticed that it had been scraped and gouged underneath my mirror. I immediately called the car wash and told them what happened and immediately brought the vehicle to the car wash for them to look at it. They reviewed the footage and you could see the second time I went through the car wash that the mirror was pushed in, but after creating an incident report and speaking to both the branch manager and the district manager, they both said that they would not make good on the mirror, because there wasn’t enough evidence to show that the damage was caused by their equipment. I canceled both me and my husbands accounts. Sucks cause we used to go there weekly sometimes a few times a week. I am very disappointed in their customer service.

For the price I would at lest expect my wheels to be clean. But the rims were still filled with a dirty and break dust. I paid for the most expensive wash too. I also feel like for the price I shouldn’t have to dry my car myself.

Great express Car wash place. They have 3 packages (basic, glow and something else). You are being greeted by staff members when you approach a booth to pay, he assists you with the payment. Then heading to the wash. Wednesdays they have $5 car wash if you come by 10 am. There free powerfully vacuum cleaners. Very clean place, it looks inviting and clean. They have $19.95 unlimited monthly car wash deal. They DO NOT do full car wash. I asked.

Love getting our cars washed there. It's been a great experience since opening recent years ago. Staff is always friendly and I've been telling my friends to check it out.
