Have been a member since October,loved at first. Overtime quality has gone down,machines not rinsing well,lots of soap leftover,drying quality has gone way down. I now need to dry my car a lot more,that's if I can find any clean rags. Trash in cleaning bays,music being played loudly by customers,even though some stalls have signs staing no loud music. Employees should speak to those inconsiderate individuals. Many of the vacuums don't work,have to hop around to different stalls. 2 weeks ago,the brushes scratched my paint very bad,hood,top of car and side. Filed a report online and with manager. Manger said ,response within 72 hrs,it's going past 2 weeks. Went back 5 days later,she'd respond by the end of the day. That was 1 week ago,what a joke. Corporate on-line, no response,can't reach a live person. Leave message,says I will be contacted,nope!!!! Filing a complaint with The Better Business Bureau.. Worst customer service ever! Wash your car at home.

This car wash is amazing and super clean. The high quality of their equipment makes them truly unique. I trust their equipment to clean and wash my new car. I know that the paint on my vehicle won’t get scratched or damaged. Their customer service team is amazing always willing to help out and answer questions about their services.

went to this go car wash before June 2024 they gave promotion for free wash. During the promotion, swiped our credit card as per requirement. we didn't have time to go there again. However, I was surprised today, they were charging to my card from May to November including promotional month. tried to call them whole day, no live agent in Barton Road facility as well as in the corporate office. Then, drive there to dispute these charges. would urge all customers to understand this business tactics this company is doing to attract people for free car wash promotion. Again, they didn't refund promotional month charges of $10. That means no free wash

Left side brush was not working, left side of my car stayed dirty. Only offered to go through again, no refunds. Then was told my car was too dirty, and that I should’ve purchased more than a basic wash. The rest of the car was fine, except the side the brush was broken. Given a free wash to compensate, but made to feel like I was having a favor done for me. Extremely unpleasant interaction with employee and manager.

This manager is always rude and moody. Last week I spoke to the car wash attendants to cancel my membership (a whole week before so I wouldn’t get charged)they took my information and told me the manager was going to get us done. Today I come back surprised bc I was told it was going to be cancelled but I was charged anyway. I kindly spoke the attendant and then he asked the manager for help. I overheard him tell her everything. She told him to tell me to go around so other cars can pass and park ( obviously I don’t want to cause a line and of course that makes sense and I kindly did it.) I was fine until she shows up to the pay station. I was parking and now I have to reverse to talk to her bc she sent the attendant to walk to the pay station. For health reason I don’t want to get out and talk to her (or anyone else) so I backed up again to talk to her. Admittedly, (they also wouldn’t know my health reasons) I was annoyed that she couldn’t come and talk to me (she didn’t have to but she told him to tell me to park and I did.) to now I have to get out of parking to get to her to talk to her about what I just talked about and she was rude as always and moody while at work. I have come here many times before and ignore her unwelcoming attitude. I mean I’ve never seen her smile. When you ask for help or guidance she is rude and walks away mid way as you are talking. Every time I come she is moody and rude and unkind. Today was the most!! Never coming back and really feel the service is getting worse. The towels are hardly replenished. The wash quality has decreased overtime. It’s have switched ownership a few times and each time it got worse. How it’s even worse from the first time. I came bc it was on my way home but after today I pay for better wash somewhere else. It’s getting messy and I just don’t support unkind. At this point the only good this is the free vacuuming.
