GO Car Wash

I love this Car Wash. The staff is friendly, respectful, and helpful. I could bring in my car multiple times of the month. The car wash location is clean. They have vacuums you can use. I always love the fact they give you a dash cleaner cloth or an air freshener before you go in. I like the membership and I have multiple cars that I take over there.

We really like this car wash! But, today was very disappointing. 1. Because the A&R plumbing truck ahead of us in the Members Only line was not a member. 2. Because his partner in the Van, was too tall to go through the wash. So, he started backing up causing the truck in front if us to back up, almost hitting us. We honked & were able to get out of the line, and didn't get our wash. My suggestion is that you could put signs right above the lanes, stating "Members Only - No Cash or Card" and the other one "Cash or Card Payment Accepted" . Also a maximum height sign before they enter the line would be good.

Ever since go car wash took over the car wash has been bad the car is still dirty the suds are watered down, it was nice when i could come through and the car be clean. The car is still wet when i pull out, and the vacuums are hit and miss, broken, not enough suction. It's gone downhill since go car wash has taken over. Please fix these issues, I want a good car wash close to home.

CLEAR COAT ISSUE COMING OFF THE VEHICLE I stated about 3 months ago I had a conversation with Jennie V the Manager she had taken pictures and took down my information. I had her repeat the info and she stated she made a claim 2 1/2 months later I see Jennie V and she had said the Insurance company denied my claim and showed me that she had both My phone number and email transposed. I gave her the correct 1 which she put in her phone. Today she said she denied the claim and she also stated that she looked at the camera. I had told her this would be Cumilitave over the past 6 -9months. She was not in a good mood today she had mentioned that she is not scared to give out the card to DM . I think there is some retraining here. I’m awaiting a call from the Insurance adjuster UPDATE Have not hear back from Omar the DM still awaiting on the insurance adjuster. I just made a complaint with the BBB to assist with my issue

I got an answer from corporate, they will be replacing the membership only line sometime next year. So if you don't mind the 20-30 min wait in line go for it. Canceled membership. I bought the unlimited membership, which includes a members only line. This was great until they closed it and now the wait is 20-30 min. Will be canceling
