GoGo Express Wash

I had trouble finding it but once you go straight inside the gas shopping center keeping going straight and to your left is the drive through. There is no sign or nothing but you just choose on the touch screen which wash you would like. My dodge was pretty dirty and it cleaned it up. I’m happy with the wash. The only note is that it did not completely dry my car so bring your own microfiber towel. Once you are done with the wash turn right to use the vaccums.

I almost never rate anything 1 star. The only plus is that the price@$18 for the best wash is pretty good for these days (their $20 wash was unavailable/ out of service). As we went through the wash, we commented on how rough the machinery was as it beat on our car. It all looks pretty outdated as well. The brushes were flimsy and sparse in general. We went to use the vacuums. Most were unavailable. Only 6 vacuums were on, but one we used didn't have suction power. As we were about to leave to find better vacuums at another wash, a woman walked up to me and asked about DAMAGE to our car. Her car door was pushed in at the handle. The dent was very deep! I said we didn't see any but felt like our car took a beating. We checked our car again and saw 4 dents and a streak of black rubber. The rubber mark could be stopped off, and my husband pushed out 2 of the dents. But two remained. Her damage was really bad. But our car is white, so if you look at an angle, you could see the damage. One thing I will say is, although the staff was a bit awkward (probably from the woman going off on them), they were very attentive and took photos, our info, etc. They were ready and willing to investigate. We'll see if they follow up. I'll update this review regarding their response.

Not to single out this particular location (E St), but the whole Go Carwash Co. It was a good deal and upfront company (Matt's) prices increase 30% service is the same, beware of buying a membership! They automatically bill your card every month (read the small print). But what is not in the small print *** they charge your card almost two (2) weeks before your current membership expires *** which means you pay for 30 days and only get around 20 days. They also seem to have issues with cancelling and refunding your money.

You have to pay $12 min car wash to use vacuums and air cannons that don't exist. Waited 10 min to use one of three vacuums that worked. Stay away from this place.

Don't get a membership .. I have been trying to cancel my pass there for the last two months and they are still charging my credit card. . Please before getting a pass try calling their customers service number or website and see for your self.. You will never get through or be able to talk to someone.. Their employees at the site don't know how to do it either they just give you the runaround service .. I strongly do not recommend this place to no one.
