Service is always great here! However the car wash itself has plenty of mechanical issues quite regularly. And although I pay the monthly subscription from the “Take 5” partner company, the RFID tags do not read at all wash locations if it is not from the same company. It would be nice if the three companies that are together would get the same readers or same tags so the fast pass would work without having to get an attendant to manually let you through

It was an amazing experience as always! I visited a different location on Friday the 24th of January 2025. I was exceptionally surprised that customer service assistants were there to help. The young man was very nice and constantly had a smile on his face. He even gave me an extra air freshener, because he said that I was just as nice! Great experience at 3621 Malcolm Drive, Montgomery AL. Will definitely return to this location!

I have a GooGoo monthly pass, and I live 3-minutes from the Carter Hill wash, but I drive all the way out on Taylor Road to wash my car because the quality is much better. The main thing that you notice immediately is the amount of wash and wax product that is sprayed onto your vehicle. Complete foam coverage, and great dryers upon exit. People are always smiling with a wave. Worth the trip.

I’ve been going to Goo Goo car wash for a while now the employees are professional very courteous. The only problem is the vacuum systems need to a bit more powerful.

The service is greatly good and reasonable. You can get a membership same price as one wash with windows cleaner and dash cleaner,paper towels and vacuum for free..it's a great help to me and the budget all on Taylor road ..
