My family lives in the area. So I take my son’s car here for oil change etc. They replaced a light for an inspection. It was like $10-$11 so not to bad. The brake light was out I figured I’ll go back being it’s a local business. To replace the brake lift it was $26. When I questioned the the in the shop behind the desk he said they had to unscrew the plastic screw. I said yeah you unscrew it and take the house off and replace it the bulb which I could have done but figured support local business. He said they had to guy worked on it for 20 minutes. I saw the guy it took him longer to walk from the one shop to the other to get the bulb. So much for supporting your local business that rips you off

Went to wash my car here today and left astounded by how rude and how unhelpful the car wash attendants were. They greeted me with a miserable expression, didn't explain anything, made rude gestures and faces as if I was dumb for not knowing their payment and car wash procedures. The competition nearby (WashCo) runs a much more professional operation and is cheaper.

Won’t ever be back to Goshen Car Wash. Wash was okay, I paid $35 and the interior should have been cleaned. Lady late the cash register said I was making her life difficult.

My first time using this car wash today, worst experience I’ve ever had at a car wash. There’s no one around to instruct you on what to do or where to go. Finally a guy came out of no where to tell me about the options and take my money, which was way too much money for the options I chose. Then the guy who is supposed to motion and guide you onto the track didn’t tell me I was a little too far over to one side so I scratched my rim. Then at the end there’s again no indication of what to do, my car came to a full stop so I put it in drive and could feel immediately that I wasn’t off the track yet. Some other guy finally looked in my direction and motioned to stop that I wasn’t supposed to be in drive yet. Thanks for telling me after I ruined my car. NEVER AGAIN will I got to this irresponsible car wash.
