Went to this car wash two days ago and will not be returning after going there for many years for a car wash. An employee had turned off all the vacuums on the right side towards the exit. I didn’t know and parked on that side. He told me he was cleaning that side, so I went to the other side by the car wash area. I made a few phone calls while sitting in my car and he watched me like a hawk. I then got out to vacuum my car and the sound from the car wash belt was too loud for my ears! I saw cars on the other side of the lot and assumed the worker had finished cleaning that area. I moved my car to that side and I realized that he had turned off all the vacuums!! That employee was on a power trip and didn’t know the meaning of good customer service. I told him that my ears were sensitive and it was too noisy on the side by the car wash belt. He said he’d turn on the vacuums if I wanted him to do it. I felt like he wanted me to beg him to turn them back on so I could vacuum my car. I left without vacuuming my car which really needed vacuuming. Very dissatisfied with my final experience there!!!

It was ok the vacuum seemed kind of good kind of bad at times. Overall though the wash was good and a great theme however felt it need a bit more help in the drying and cleaning.

Very basic drive thru car wash with exotic dinosaur theme. Wish they would have provided a better dry or had someone at the exit to finish off with a towel dry.
