H2GO Car Wash

Got the basic car wash and it still left my car dirty. Will not be returning. Go to the car wash on beach and Warner it’s more affordable, it will get your car clean and there are snacks for dogs.

The location on brookhurst is very. Tight tight to turn into. And the staff there is making up their own rules. Not posted anywhere or notification sent to customers. With plans. I was denied service after going there. From the very 1st day they were open because of external lights that I have on my truck and have had on my truck since day one. So now I just go to the one on beach boulevard because there's no BS there. And their staff is very accommodating and nice

I struggled between a 2 and 3 star on this. I had never been to an H2GO before, so I didn't know what to expect. I went to their website and took advantage of the free wash offer so I could see how it was. I thought it was a full service car wash, which it is not. You stay in your car as the machine washed and blow dries your car. Then air blowing the gaps and vacuuming is all on you, as are windows. As for the quality of the exterior wash, it was not great. I still have white and yellow spots all over the hood, and wiping my finger on the side of the car shows there is still a lot of dirt. It has been a while since I washed it, but it wasn't bad as I have hosed it off multiple times. Probably the best use of this company is if you start with a fully detailed vehicle, then buy their unlimited monthly washes membership. Then go once a week just for a touch-up wash. But if your car starts with a normal dirty state, this won't clean it well. I decided on 3 star rating only because the person who assisted me at the pay station was nice and told me about the vacuums being free to use. The photo is of the hood right after washing.

$20 carwash and I have do everything. Vacuum, windows, wheels, etc. Wipes provided barely do dash or one seat.y car is 3 rows of seats. No towels provided to dry car. Air hose very weak. System did not clean the wheels, front, back, or top of the vehicle. No option for tire treatment. I will not be back.

At their newest location, the water is extremely hard, so I’d be careful with your vehicle. My car got a cracked windshield not that I need the owner of them to pay for it at all. I just want them to be aware. The owner came off extremely rudely when he called me back like I needed his money and I had to explain to him truthfully I’m not looking for your dollar I live in Huntington like more than able to take care of myself. I just wanted you to be aware and then he was a little shocked and stunned, and tried to have a better attitude, but water is extremely hard. It should be turned down. It cracked a brand new windshield.
