Hamilton Car Wash & Detail Center

We had a car wash pass and didn’t notice that it closes by 4:00 pm. There was no sign that is showing they are closed, the computer system was still accepting payments and opened the gate automatically. We got trapped right after passing the gate and only by buying another ticket we could get out. It’s very unprofessional that they don’t hesitate to shut down the system out of business hours.

has someone happened the same thing with their rims? please check them out. Yesterday I went to the car wash 09-09-24 and I notice this happened to my rims. The machines are always under maintenance and are closed every single time; when I go to wash my car something makes a sound when they are cleaning the tires, this had to have damaged my rims. I will make a complaint to the car wash or someone leave a number to call them.

I’ve never had such a bad wash job. Their detailing may be better but the express $19 wash is awful!

We paid for unlimited washes when we purchased our Pilot. Every time we go through it is never done thoroughly. The brushes never touch the back window or the back of the car. We ALWAYS have to dry all the windows when we leave. If we hadn’t already paid for the service we would certainly go elsewhere!

Today was the worst. Took both of my vehicles for a wash and had soap residue all over them. I put my odyssey through again because of the VIP unlimited. I payed an extra $5 for the wash and when i came out the car was full of soap again. So I go in to inform them and they said wait 5 minutes and someone will come out. Well 7 minutes pass and i go out to check my vehicle and the soap is dry. When i went back in the girl said he will be right out he is with a customer. That’s when I decided to just leave because even if someone does came out, they are going to say we don’t see any soap on your car and we can’t do nothing for you. They offered for a refund but being that I didn’t have the receipt with me they couldn’t do anything about it. I have free washes so even if I ran my car through it again it would take 10 minutes to wait on the line and then another 20 minutes for them to get somebody out there to look at it again, so it’s just not Worth it. Check your car before you leave. This car wash is getting worse and worse every year and there’s been many times where half of the wash machines don’t even work.
