I went to get my car wash today, it was complimentary because a month ago they didn't do a good job so the owner Raffi, apologized and said it would be on him the next time I come back. What happened next was not expected. The car was run through the wash once and when it came out it was still dirty in some areas. Fortunately, Raffi was on site so I showed him that the car wasn't clean. He told his worker to clean the car better. After the worker was done I looked it over and noticed some areas that had been missed and dirty. The owner Raffi sees me and says, " if you don't like the work here then don't come back, you are bothering us"! So to this I say to the next person who wants to pay for a good job on your car, DON'T COME HERE ! If you want a place that stands behind their work and doesn't try to sell you a $200 plus dollar wax job so that then your car will look good, DON'T COME HERE! If you don't want someone to be rude to you, DON'T COME HERE! If you could care less how the car looks and money is like water to you, COME HERE!

I recently visited this car wash with my grandma to get a full service done on her car, but we were very unsatisfied with the less than sub-par service and rude employees at this business. Upon arriving, we left the car for the full service, sitting in a waiting area for it to be done as expected. Despite our early arrival, I noticed that the car hadn't even been started on even after an hour wait. After this hour, the car had barely been sent into the machine wash. After the additional 30 minutes of waiting, the car was finally done, yet upon inspection there were still many bird poops and missed spots on her car. When noticing this, she walked back in order to let an employee know of the missed spots. Upon letting them know, they raised their voices at her telling her she needed to "go somewhere else if she's not happy" and to "not come back here." She was still trying to reason with them but upon asking for a manager they rolled their eyes and stopped acknowledging her. Hearing this when she returned I was fuming, no car wash with this level of disrespect and extremely rude service should ever be in business. I then went in to ask for a refund due to the lacking "cleaning" and rude service, only to be dismissed without acknowledgement once again. I could not believe how terrible this experience was and want to advise anyone considering to NOT COME HERE, unless you want to waste you money and get disrespected.

RUINED MY CAR - DO NOT GO - I don’t like writing negative reviews and I feel bad because the employees are so kind, but they RUINED my car. It was admittedly not in great shape prior, since it’s a 2006, but as you can see in the photos it is now completely covered with scratches that absolutely were not there before. It’s very clearly from the drive through car wash. I spent $250 total. I went back in the next day to show them what happened, and one guy sprayed the hood with some sort of oil that made it look a little better, but by the next day all of the scratches were back. Save your car, don’t go here. I took my car somewhere else and they said the damage was irreversible.

It’s one of the cheapest here in town considering its expensive location. The vacuum is not good but u can ask to have it done again & they will do. Just examine & do request if not satisfied… Towel boy after for tipping. There’s express wash but not the cheapest & doesn’t require towel boy & no vacuum…

I should have read the reviews before dropping $170 on a detail here. Soooo disappointing. I feel completely robbed and bamboozled, the worker convinced me to get the $170 treatment for what I was asking for. I saw a lot of nice cars coming through so I assumed it would be a quality service, but I was wrong. This isn’t the place for ANY detailing service. They didn’t get any details of my Lexus. While the outside of my car was very clean/spotless but my interior was barely touched (which other reviews are complaining about). I had to ask them to vacuum the trunk space and wipe the inside doors. On my way home, I noticed my console and cup holders were still dirty. So I decided to take vaccum and finish the interior myself to the best of my ability. It’s a shame because I don’t have all the tools for detailing and getting into the nooks and crannies. This is the last time I’ll ever pay for a detailing service. Will buy the stuff to do it on my own. Not worth it AT ALL. Save your money- go with the cheapest wash/vacuum here. I bet I would have gotten the same service had I paid for the $30 service.
