Haven Car Wash

I suggest that everyone should not come here to wash the car. It's really bad. I washed a pickup truck for $38. I want to wash the trunk behind it with water. The staff told me that I had to pay extra, but I had already paid $38 and had to charge me extra. This store is really bad.

I haven't had much luck with a good car wash location in rancho. But this place did a great job. It was about $36-40 But it is very clean and detailed. I will be returning 🤗

The worst experience at a car wash ever! I spent 80$ and they didn’t do anything they half washed my truck! And I was asking the owner about it and he started yelling at me and I’m 9months pregnant screaming saying are you kidding please don’t go to this car wash it’s not worth your time and they do a horrible Job! If I can get my refund back I would because it was a terrible and horrible experience! The fact that he saying it’s not what we paid for is the crazy part what’s the point of having a car wash when you don’t even get what you paid for! The most disgusting place and for the manager to yell at a pregnant person is crazy. Never in my life have I experienced that disgusting behavior a horrible job and he said his employer took two hours cleaning the truck he did nothing to the truck just a sloppy disgusting job! But I have the recording of him yelling at me pregnant and it is uploaded on social media!

I've been coming here for over a decade, since I was in high school. Quality has gone down, and price has gone up dramatically. My car interior is still dusty all over, it's like I didn't get a car wash. And I paid for the protection plus, nearly $40. Absolutely not worth the money to still have dust all over my interior. Never coming back. Worst car wash I've ever had, gas stations do better. I will have to go to a self service vacuum just to clean up after them. There's grime all over the trunk still. Didn't even get air freshener. $40 for what? Do not go to this car wash

Great experience here! The team was extra careful with my car and did an amazing job detailing! Loved that they had plenty of outdoor seating in the shade to wait in. Definitely keeping this as my go-to spot :)
