They advertise the best car wash in Highland. If this is the best , I’d hate to see the worst. I’ve been here an hr. and 10 minutes and my car is sitting outside, I’ve seen 1 car go through and it was sent back.😅😩

I used to come here all the time but since they sold it looks like they cut a lot of staff I pulled up no one in front of me took 30 minutes just to get my truck through the wash. Took another 45 minutes to be wiped down and apply tire dressing and that’s with no one in front of me been coming here for years but never again

They do a really great job on the exterior, the lowest car wash you can get is 23.00 , the inside looks nice but they never really vacuum all the crumbs out the seats , and the floor is missing some spots. No one there really speaks English very little , except for the girl ringing up the tickets . I came before and they turn me away they closed at 4 pm and it was 3:45 pm so really they close at 3:45pm . . . . Update , I been at this car wash about 4 times and the people are just rude , I gave them a pass because they don't speak a lot of English, but their rude, and dismissive, I am no longer coming back to this car wash again . They treat black customers way different. And expect a tip . Today I pulled up to car wash , and the man that spoke good English acted like he was doing me a favor ? They get mad if you buy the lowest car wash they usually have an attitude if you choose that one which is 22.00 . I will just spend my money else where I'm not giving my money to people who don't make me feel welcomed or like their doing me a favor and not adjusting their attitude .

Terrible work. Paid $25 for a car wash and they did a horrible job.. interior wasn’t vacuumed properly, also interior wasn’t even cleaned, windows were still dirty, exterior is all scratched up. I’m terrribly disappointed and will never recommend.

When here to get my Truck washed and when they then to pre-wash it they person Juan with a camouflaged sun hat. When to take off the antenna he used a Crescent wrench. I watch him throw the window trying to take off by hand first then he used a crescent wrench. This is the and results what happen on a new Truck. And I check with the Manager and show him and told him who it was then he got the owner Jin Choi and he came look at it then want and got Juan and ask him if he did it of course not. So the Owner does not want to do anything CAR OWNER BEWARE.
