Horsham Car Wash

I have had a Platinum (best wash) membership for 2 years now. I cant understand any negative reviews. Very skeptical of them actually. 2 to 3 employees tending to your car when it goes in. 3 to 4 wiping it down and cleaning the inside when it comes out. Never a bad experience. Always spending almost too much time wiping it down. I stand there and watch them every time. I also see people bring in there disgusting, filthy, embarrassing cars and expect a miracle at a 10 minute car wash. I also watch people leave a $1 or $2 dollar tip for the 5 to 7 employees working on the cars. And then complain when a coffee stain or road tar that's been there forever is still there. You are paying for a car wash, a very good car wash, not a detail job. One of the negative reviews was left by a Doctor. You can Google Doctors very easily. I Googled this Doctor. He doesn't exist. Again, very skeptical of the negative reviews.

I can today March 16, 2023 hoping for better service! No way. I wish I can give them a ZERO star I would. Poor service and horrible customer service! The equipment is broken most of the time( see pictures), yet no apology, discount! or even hand wash instead of the equipment! Just pay and leave. I used to have membership with them for my 4 cars, now it is dawn to one. Today is my last time to use their service.

This was an insane experience not knowing anything about the place. They have you get out of your cart and do an "express" detail of your car while you wait in their tunnel shop. They had coffee, snacks, a restroom (think of a auto repair place lobby). I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't just a regular car wash! The instro cluster had streaks on it, but hey, it was only $30 who cares! :P

They clean your car very well and do a great job. And if you ever have a problem, you just go to the manager and they'll take care of it. A+

I used to go there years ago. I really loved the job they did. We paid 31.00 for platinum service and literally got a basic car wash. The car is still filthy the hubcaps look horrible!! I said something to the man and he informed me that’s they don’t do that anymore. What? Good service or the exact service that the sign explained. I told him I wouldn’t return. He said ok. Ugh
