Iconic Car Wash

Google wouldn’t allow me not to choose a star. If I could, I would give this business not even a single star. I booked an appointment for exterior car detailing for today on Monday (I have texts to prove that). Took the car there 10 mins early. Was promised that it’ll be ready at 3. Started calling them at around 245 to check if it’s ready. The person on the phone kept saying let me check and then drop the call. I went there and what is see is that my car is parked where I left it this morning. Not even touched. The attendant doesn’t speak English and sounded like saying “busy”. I asked him for the keys and it took him 5-7 mins just to find the key. I drove out of there. The person who booked my appointment and gave a lame excuse that something was wrong with car wash and it wasn’t working. Beware. If you go there you don’t know what you’ll get. They don’t know what business ethics are. Horrible experience. I have proof of phone calls.

I wasn't going to write this review but it is not good service. I have the monthly pass for 2 of my cars. There is barely any soap used in the car wash, the vacuums don't have suction, they don't clean the center console even though I pay for it, and at the end the car is barley dried off. I will be canceling the thirty three dollar charge per month for each car! So tired of bad car washes.

arrived at 1:45pm midweek 3 cars ahead of me; waited to see if any other workers would jump on the line since there were 4 cars in the queue - left at 2:05 because there were still 2 cars in front of me. takes them 20 minutes to prep a car to go into the car wash - go here if you plenty of time to waste.

Car went through the car wash and came out so dirty. They used dirty rags to dry the car off. Won’t be going back

I got my car wash today and I still have residue from the trees. I have dirt near my wipers that no one noticed smh. I paid for the platinum service but the best thing I got out of it, was a great smelling iconic peach air freshener. First of all, I got out of the car for them to clean the interior and when I got back in, the crumb on the arm rest was till there. I had to tell them to clean it again, when it staring at me in the face. How can you not see that. The carpets were not vacuumed correctly, and the fronts were just watered down. My back seats were also still dirty which is where I needed the most cleaning clean. They rushed it and did a horrible job. I will never go back to a place that does sloppy work and cleans my car half way.
