Jasmine Car Wash

PLEASE don’t come here. Paid $125 for my car to look and smell terrible. No accountability. Purchased the shampoo interior option + VIP exterior wash. Zero waxing was done and bugs were left on the front and rear of the car. Soap suds and water were left on all the floors and seats. When I called to notify that this was the case they handed the phone to a cleaner who said he couldn’t do anything and they don’t offer refunds. Should have known to leave when the chain that pulls the cars through broke as soon as I handed them my keys.

I came in late morning/early afternoon when it wasn't too busy and received such amazing service! Everyone was so kind and nice, with a great gift shop full of temptations. I came in with a dirty car with a back seat decorated with husky fur. It was THICK, I regret not having a before and after. The nice guy at the front explained my options and answered all of my questions. I wish I got the name of the guys who assisted me, because they were MIRACLE WORKERS! You can't tell an animal has stepped on this vehicle at all! I couldn't recommend a better car wash. Highly recommend coming in when it isn't too busy if you want a thorough clean.

I used to come to this car wash for years with never a problem but the last couple of times not great service and no accountability. This last time I went, I asked for a basic exterior wash (what I’ve usually done). So they put my car through the automated car wash line, but then at the end they didn’t manually dry/hand review it with towels like they’ve always done to catch any of the remnant spots that just need a little more friction or elbow grease to come off. So, they call me up when the car “is done” and at first glance it looks fine, but when I see the hood and roof of the car, I see that there were still spots from the tree sap my car was parked under (photos/videos attached), so I ask the guy to please use the towel in his hand to run through them so they can come off. He tells me he can’t do anything and to talk to the manager, so I go ahead and drive my car to the manager by the vacuum hoses and show him the spots left over. He first asks me how long I waited to have my car washed and I naively told him a couple of weeks (which I don’t think is a long time). He then tells me those stains are set in my paint and I shouldn’t wait to get my car washed that long. I tell him I’ve gotten my car washed here before and similar spots have always come off and to just use some manual towel rubbing like they usually do and he said no because I got a basic exterior car wash. (As I mentioned previously, I’ve always gotten a basic car wash and similar spots have always come off because they would manually review the car with towels after the automated car wash line.) anyways, I’m still talking (not yelling) to him and he just walks away. Talk about disrespect not simply from an employee, but from a manager. No customer service. Not to mention, I go home, get a towel from my trunk, pour some water from my water bottle over the spots of the car and use some elbow grease myself. The spots come off… The quality of care and customer service has gone down in this place of which I blame the owner/managers. Very disappointed.

This is my go to car wash because its near my place now, they increased pay for just a wash on exterior of my car. Thank you all for the staff

I feel bad for the guys working so hard in the back for their tips because if peoples first experience, is that guy Jesus in the front then it really affects the entire business in a bad way . So I recently moved to the area and noticed that there are two car washes within two blocks of each other. I chose to go to this car wash this morning because of their early bird special that they promote being Monday- Thursday. When I got there and received my ticket of what I was going to pay, I noticed that it said $27.99 so of course being my first time I went to the guy to ask questions who was already giving me major attitude. He let me know that I was paying more because my car is an SUV, which is fine, but then said that the morning special was only monday - Wednesdays and kept asking me what day it was. He told me that I could go somewhere else and I told him not to speak to me that way and that that will be my last time coming there, but I am allowed to ask questions. He was like it’s only a $3 difference and I said yes but it’s the business and what you guys are promoting. He was so rude that I had already decided I wouldn’t be coming back but didn’t want it to affect the guys who are actually working hard. Cortes was super sweet and nice and apologetic for Jesus but I still won’t be back because of the attitude and honestly it was just not a good car wash in total. I came home to wipe my whole car down and feel like I still have to take it to another wash. They didn’t remove my floor mats, didn’t wipe the steering wheel. Unfortunately a bad experience and I won’t be back.
