Jc's Hand Car Wash

This place is not good at all. I went there on Saturday Aug.17 2024 and my experience there was awful. I asked for a clay bar wax and when I was passing by to see they was doing to my car, and I experienced with my own eyes that they were using a buffer machine on my car, which is not and should not been in the service I asked for.(clay bar wax). As you can see they messed up the paint on my car. (2023 Honda accord Black with 2,000 miles) only a 1yr and 4 months ago) Iask for a receipt for what they had none and the business owner told me she will not give me a receipt. (Jenny) the owner is very rude (this is what Jenny the owner just texted me...)We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced while getting your vehicle washed and waxed at our location. We understand you were disatisfied with our service and further refused to pay. Additionally, we have received your threats of pursuing legal action. We recognize you have the right to do so. At this time, we are advising you to "Cease and Desist" all activity associated with your harrasment against our staff. You are also hereby "Trespassed" from our property hence forth and are not permitted to return. This trespass notice extends to you and anyone acting on your behalf for the purpose of harassing or staff or attempting to gain services without the intention of paying. Should you return, we reserve the right to also pursue legal action against you and/or any person or representatives acting on your behalf. Our legal team will be made aware of this situation and will also be prepared should you desire to pursue this matter further. While we did appreciate your business, we apologize that the services provided were not up to your satisfaction. Once again, services you didn't pay for and refuse to pay for. As a reminder, refusing to pay for goods and services may also constitute theft in the state of California and may make you liable for damages associated with such activities. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you can find another service provider that can offer the quality you are looking for. Yes I did pay why would I Pau for a service I didn't get. Why would I pay for something I don't ask for and your workers messed up my car, but I did off to pay for the car wash and your worker got mad and did not want it he wanted the $150....why would I be paying you for messing up my car??😡🤔🤔🤔🤔 I think not.....

I have been bringing my car (This and the previous one) with rhis guys from three years now, and every single time the cars looks like brand new. They do an awesome job and even when I'm living far from this area, this is my favorite placce and I'm planning on come because they really take care of my car. Besides prices are affordable so... great great experience so far. Don't over think it, bring your car. You'll be more than happy with the results

Waiting over an hour ask what’s going on and no answer from no one all they keep saying go ask him go ask the other person BS not professional to have so many cars and have to wait this long Don’t come here horrible service

DO NOT EVER COME HERE!!! They will leave your carpet completely soaked and play ignorance. By the end of the week, my carpet was growing mold and when I took the car back, they pretended like I was never there and it was not their fault. They didn't even listen when I complained. Completely unprofessional and not worth the money or energy.
